All the activities prepared by Go Outdoor are covered by Personal Accident Insurance that includes the payment of treatment costs and repatriation, including hospital treatment and medication, up to an annual value of € 3 500, and payment of € 20 000, in case of death or permanent invalidity of its costumers., When costumers are aged less than 14 years, in case of death, the capital is reduced to reimburse the funeral expenses up to the value of € 3 000.  What do you need for a walking tour?
For each activity we advise suitable equipment you should bring with you to ensure your full enjoyment and comfort. Usually, for a walking tour, our advice is to bring comfortable clothes and shoes (hiking boots or shoes), backpack with warm clothes, water, some energy food, and according to the difficulty of the trail, trekking sticks, that we can rent, if you want. During sunny weather bring always a Sun hat, sunscreen and some extra water, and in case of rainy weather, don't forget the raincoat. Â How to choose which program is the more adapted to my physical condition?
Our programs are accessible to every healthy and reasonably fit person. To help you to choose the best program that best fits your ability, we provide you with information on difficulty levels, Duration, distance, accumulated climbing, location, recommended times of the year and a guide to the min/max number of clients for each activity.
( Can I take children with me?
To enable you to enjoy your holiday with all your children we have designed activities to suit all age groups. Children from the age of 5years can enjoy our simple activities which give them an opportunity to get involved with local nature and traditions. What happen if the weather conditions preclude the activity?
If any activity is cancelled for some reason not attributable to Go Outdoor, the client may choose between the re-imbursement of the overall activity value or rebook for an alternative activity at the same price. If the other activity's price is higher or lower than the first, the client can pay the difference/ be reimbursed. If a new date is given for the activity the client may transfer his booking of the original date to the new date. |
